Dumbbell Only Workouts | Less Than 1 Hour

Life is busy and finding time to fit the gym in can be difficult. Going to the gym at rush hour and waiting for machines can take up a lot of time so sometimes you may have to switch up your original workout plan. So here's a upper and lower body workout you can complete in less than one hour, using dumbbells only. 

Upper Body Workout

  • Incline Dumbbell Chest press - 3 sets 10-12 reps
  • One Arm Dumbbell Row - 3 sets 8-10 reps each arm
  • Side Lat Raises - 3 sets 10-14 reps
  • Alternating Bicep Curl - 3 sets 6-8 reps each arm
  • Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Extension - 3 sets 8-10 reps each arm
  • Rear Delt Fly - 3 sets 10-15 reps

Lower Body Workout

  • Bulgarian Split Squats - 3 sets 8-10 each leg
  • Dumbbell RDL - 3 sets 10-12 reps
  • Goblet Squat - 3 sets 10-12 reps
  • Lunges - 3 sets 10-16 reps
  • Dumbbell Calf Raises - 3 sets AMRAP

Summary 

You don't need all the fancy machines to make progress in the gym. If you are short on time and don't want to wait around, save these workouts for later and give them a go for yourself.
