Having purchased 2x 4kg of product

Having purchased 2x 4kg of product, it failed to arrive in a usable condition. Left in next door neighbours garden with an open packaging with clearly 2 crushed tubs with the contents spilling out. Contacted both carrier and supplier , yourselves with no tangible response. Despite the package having insurance on damage and failed delivery. No quality of service from either company. Very disappointed.
