Products come damaged, leaked in box and all over drive upon delivery. Really bad courier handling / delivery skills and / or products damaged before shipping

Well 4 emails and 6 working days later is not 'immediate'. It's a scam payment with no immediate response or resolution possible, Avoid this company and doing any business with them. Lesson learnt. ZERO STARS.

The parcel was not delivered to me. I am fed up trying to deal with Evri. When the deliverer used my intercom, I told him where I was in my Sheltered Housing scheme, 2nd floor. I waited and waited for him to come to my door. Eventually checked online. Photo of my parcel left by the entrance door in a public area. He couldn't be bothered. I am disabled, so, couldn't go down to get it. When the Manager of my Sheltered Housing scheme was next in, I asked if it was still there for her to bring up. Not there. Evri are a disgrace and you shouldn't use them. Please refund my money in full and claim it from them. In the future, I am unlikely to use you again whilst you still use Evri. Did you check the BBC report on them? I also suffer with severe depression/anxiety/stress, so, all of this is very upsetting and dangerous for my conditions.
